About a year ago, a friend told me a number that I could call to find out the owner of a cell phone number that had shown up on my caller i.d. It cost a couple of dollars. But, for the life of me, I cannot remember the number or who it was that I called. I have no clue which friend told me this. Does anyone know a number and the price for something like this?
*I don’t know if this matters, but my wireless carrier is AT&T. Before the merge, it was Cingular.
