I am looking for a reverse cell phone number search which will provide me with the cell owners name and address. I have looked on google but am finding it hard to decide which service to use. Some people are even claiming that most reverse cell phone lookups are scams, and you do not recieve the information promised on payment. Can someone please tell me what a legitimate cell phone number search is , and what information I will be able to get.

A legitimate cell phone lookup you can use is http://www.reversecellphonelook-ups.com. You will get the full name and address from a cell phone or land line number. You can get further information on a cell phone number but you will be charged for the report.
There are legit reverse phone number searchs such as Verizon.com……but this is for land lines only. As far as I know there are no legit reverse cell phone number search services
