There aren’t any truly free reverse cell phone lookup services on the net, but there is one way you can do your own free reverse cell phone lookup if you don’t want to have to pay.
Try entering the phone number as a search on Google. Many people give out their cell phone number without even thinking in classified ads or business listings. If the person who’s been calling you has done this at some stage, then the number should come up in a search.
When you enter the number in the search box, just make sure you surround the number with double quotes like "123-456-7890" so Google knows to treat it as if it’s one big ‘word’ & not 3 separate ones. You’ll get far more accurate results this way.
Obviously there’s no guarantees doing this, but it’s your best bet for a free reverse cell phone lookup & definitely worth a try.
no does not exist
The bill when it comes in the mail or online–
There are not any. You can not call information and get a cell number.
I don’t think that there are any for cells, but anywho.com is good for landlines.
There’s no free services for cell phone number because the numbers & info change so much.
The best thing you can do is to use the likes of http://www.reversecellphonelistings.com to find out the preliminary details for the number and then pay the small fee for the owner info.
