The problem is that there are no completely free services for mobile and unlisted numbers. The free services that you find will only allow you to look up regular land lines. You can follow the link I am including to at least find out if the number would be found by pay services (they only give you minimal details for free).
Of course, it’s your daughter and I would think the minimal fee you are going to be charged would be worth it if you’re really concerned.
