no where does it for free. the cheapest is 5.95 link below. but the cheapest thing to do is just call the number back.

You can try the free services at http://www.411.ca and and http://www.411.com for cell phones but they will usually only give the city (using the area code) and the carrier.
Note that I have no idea how good or bad the paid services are.
