I’ll give you this link, too, but it has a disclaimer on it that, since they are charged to get cell phone information, YOU are charged, too.
Good luck in getting it for free, but the web-site also gives you ways that you MIGHT be able to get it for free.

    My ideas:
    - look the number up in a residential directory.
    - ring 1800 reverse (numbers on letters) then follow the prompts.
Good luck finding them, if it was a silent number maybe it was a prank call, if it’s urgent I’m sure they’ll get through to you soon.

If you really care who was rude enough to call you at that time, call them back. You could use your land line to block the call so that they don’t know where its coming from. They will either answer and you can ask them or it will go to voice mail. either way you’ll get your answer.
I can block calls on my phone by dialing #67 before the number.

There’s a free tool you can use to see who owns a phone number at http://www.unitedsleuths.com/reverse-pho… – just type the number into the search box and hit the button.
This tool searches the free resources online such as Google and Whitepages to bring back such owner details as their full name and location.
If it can’t find any free information, it shows you the best place to find it.
    Hope this helps?
