Are there any reverse cell phone look up programs that actually are worth paying for?
Someone is sending me dumb messages and I would like to find out who it is. Their cell phone number shows up so is there a reverse look up program that actually works? Would be willing to purchase it if it has some kind of guarantee to work. Has anyone come across one?

If you try any reverse look up service yourself, you’ll see that it only gives you the city and state. A person would have to pay for any more information than that. I know that doesn’t really answer your question but it might put you at ease.

I am having a problem with someone using a cell phone to call mine, and hanging up. I thought if I ignored it then it would stop, but it hasnt an law enforcement doesn’t seem to be too interested in helping me. I would like to find out who it is so that I can deal with it with them instead of going through law enforcement.
I don’t know of any reverse directories for cell phones, but have you tried calling your service provider & asking them to block the # from calling you? They can find out how many times that particular # has called you & would have better luck prosecuting (if necessary) than you would.

From there you might be able to call around with customer service. But I would just report it to the police if you think you know who sent it.
